Product selection and payment

If you already have a specific product in mind, we provide purchasing and shipping services for that exact item. If you only know the general category and not the exact model, we can help with product sourcing. Drawing on our experience, we shortlist items with reasonable pricing and reliable quality so you can avoid over-priced or poor-quality products. After you confirm the final products and service fees, you complete payment through our supported secure channels. We do not store any of your payment information.

Ordering and domestic delivery in China

Our team places orders for the agreed products on Chinese e-commerce platforms and tracks the status in real time while keeping in touch with you. When the goods arrive at our address in mainland China, we follow your instructions on whether to open the parcels for inspection and whether to repack them to reduce parcel size and shipping cost. If you do not authorize inspection, we will not open your parcels or change the packaging. If you authorize inspection, we will check the exterior and basic functions to ensure the products are intact and usable, without doing any tests that might leave clear signs of use. After inspection we will send you photos or videos by email. For example, if you buy a juicer, we will check that the body is undamaged, but we will not plug it in and run it unless you explicitly ask us to.

International shipping

Once the domestic shipping stage in mainland China is complete, we arrange international shipping as soon as possible in the order parcels are received and email you the international tracking number. Working with our global logistics partners, we try to minimize tax and international shipping costs in a compliant way. We provide reasonable customs declaration suggestions, but you should be aware that customs in each country have inspection rights and occasional checks are a normal part of the process.
